Coastmark CleaningThe plain-English version
A multi-property cleaning scope is a set of separate records, one for each property, rather than one description stretched across several locations. This page explains what goes in each record and why unresolved items stay visible.
Request a cleanWhen several properties need cleaning, it is tempting to write one request that covers them all. The trouble is that properties rarely match. One has a building office that controls entry; another is a vacant unit with nothing in the way. One owner has approved the work; another has not been asked yet. A single combined description hides those differences until a visit is being planned. A multi-property scope keeps one record per property. Each record carries the same headings, so the records can be compared side by side, but the answers stay attached to the property they describe.
Each record names the property and unit, the rooms requested and the rooms excluded, the condition of those rooms, the access contact's role and any building restrictions, and the requested frequency or dates. It also names who requested the work, who approves the scope and who pays, with a note wherever one of those is still unconfirmed. Keys, alarm codes and entry codes never belong in the record.
The property scope builder, linked below, gives you these headings as a worksheet you can fill in and print. Nothing you type is sent anywhere unless you choose to send a short summary with a request.
Hallways, stairs, laundry rooms and entry areas often belong to someone other than the person requesting the work. A building owner, an association or another tenant may control them. A good scope record lists those areas separately and notes whose permission is needed before they are included. Until that permission is confirmed, the area stays marked as excluded or unresolved. This keeps a request for one unit from quietly growing into work nobody has approved, and it gives everyone a clear question to answer before a visit is planned.
An unknown entry is useful information. If nobody has confirmed who approves the scope at one property, writing unresolved beside that heading tells everyone where the gap is. Filling it with a guess, or copying the answer from a different property, hides the gap until it causes a problem. The responsibility worksheet, linked below, is built around this idea: each role is marked confirmed, proposed or unresolved.
A scope record is a planning document. It does not create an account, an appointment or an agreement. To move forward, send one property's record at a time and mention the other properties briefly. When you are ready, request a clean for that property. Bravo Maids reviews each request and confirms scope and availability with you before anything is booked. Record each property's authorized requester, approver, payer, rooms, access contact and requested schedule; coordination remains subject to Bravo Maids' confirmation.
No. It is a planning record. Any arrangement covering several properties has to be confirmed separately with Bravo Maids.
Keep one record per property, even when details match. Matching answers are easy to copy, while combined records hide the differences that matter.
Mark them unresolved. A visible gap is easier to close than an assumption carried across several properties.
Send one property's record with any open questions marked. Bravo Maids confirms scope and availability before anything is booked.
