Start one scope record per property

Use this cleaning-scope template for several properties. Copy the record below for each location so authority, payment and coordination questions remain attached to the correct rooms. Each record carries seven entries. property: address and unit identifier; authorized requester: name, role and authority to request cleaning; approver: person authorized to approve this property's scope; payer: responsible party and any unresolved payment authorization; rooms: requested spaces, exclusions and relevant conditions; access contact: person coordinating entry and building restrictions; requested schedule: preferred dates, frequency and dependencies. Mark unknown entries as unresolved instead of carrying assumptions across locations. This is a planning template, subject to Bravo Maids' confirmation; it does not establish an approved account workflow. Ask Bravo Maids to confirm acceptable documentation and coordination steps before treating any property record as an agreed arrangement.

Prepare a coordinated property request

  1. AuthorityRecord requesters and approvers; seek confirmation from Bravo Maids.
  2. PaymentPropose payers for confirmation by Bravo Maids.
  3. CoordinationPropose rooms, access, schedules; seek Bravo Maids' confirmation.

Assign requester, approver and payer by property

For each location, distinguish the person gathering details from the person authorized to request cleaning. Record the basis of that authority and identify any limits, such as permission covering an apartment but excluding shared spaces. Name the approver separately, even when the same person fills both roles.

Identify the payer for each property and note whether payment authorization is still pending. Do not infer that one owner's approval covers another owner's rooms or expenses. Keep unresolved responsibility visible beside the affected property instead of assigning it to the whole group.

Ask Bravo Maids which authority and payer details it needs and how any proposed account workflow would be confirmed. Record its response alongside the relevant entries; this template alone cannot establish accepted authorization, billing terms or an account.

Keep rooms and access beside each location

List requested rooms and exclusions under each property identifier. Add condition details only where they affect that location's proposed scope: occupied rooms, inaccessible surfaces or work that must finish first. Separate shared areas and identify whose permission is needed before including them in a request.

Name an access contact for each location, with responsibility for coordinating entry. Note building restrictions and any dependency on another person's permission. Keep keys and entry credentials out of the scope record; ask Bravo Maids to confirm how access information should be exchanged.

Add the requested schedule to every property record, including preferences and dependencies. If several locations need the same date, label it as a request requiring Bravo Maids' confirmation. A shared target date does not establish an accepted sequence or appointment.

Resolve open decisions before coordinating several properties

Compare the property records for missing requesters, approvers, payers, rooms, access contacts and requested schedules. Flag contradictions, such as a requester naming rooms beyond their authority or a payer who has not agreed to the proposed scope. Keep each unresolved decision attached to its location.

For a proposed account arrangement, ask Bravo Maids to confirm the workflow and what evidence documents approval. Retain actual operator correspondence and agreed property scopes when available; this planning page supplies no approved workflow or completed coordination artifacts.

Use the request form to send one property's record at a time for Bravo Maids' confirmation, listing any other properties briefly in the same request. This page is the scoping record only; choosing a cleaning vendor for a managed portfolio is a separate decision. If a property's details change, identify the affected entries and seek Bravo Maids' confirmation before relying on revised arrangements.

Questions people ask

Who can request each property's cleaning?

Name the authorized requester and the person who approves that property's scope. Record any limits on their authority. Ask Bravo Maids to confirm what documentation it needs; this template does not validate anyone's authority.

Can different properties have different payers?

Record the proposed payer beside each property, including any pending payment authorization. Ask Bravo Maids to confirm whether the proposed arrangement can be accepted and how payer responsibilities would be documented.

Does one schedule cover every property?

Record a requested schedule for each location, even when dates match. Ask Bravo Maids to confirm the proposed coordination; matching requests do not establish accepted appointments or a repeating arrangement.
