Cleaning services for accounts and properties

Decide who can request, approve and pay for cleaning across several properties. Prepare each location's scope for assessment by operator Bravo Maids.

Map account responsibilities

Start with account coordination when several properties need a documented cleaning arrangement. Name the account contact and explain their authority across the listed locations. Separate the person requesting work from anyone whose approval or payment commitment is still needed, so each property's proposed scope has a clear decision route.

Document each property's scope

Copy this template for each location: Property identifier; requester and authority; scope approver; payer; proposed tasks and exclusions; coordination contact; unresolved decisions. Use individual property scope to describe tasks for that entry. Flag any differences in who authorizes work or handles payment across your locations.

Resolve gaps across the account

Go through the property records together before submitting the account inquiry. Where approval rests with someone else, identify that decision maker and mark the scope as pending. Note any payer details requiring clarification. Send the records through the account request form for Bravo Maids to assess; each location's tasks and availability require confirmation before work is agreed.

Prepare your property approval records

Give Bravo Maids each property's proposed scope, authorized approver and responsible payer.
